Ja Lake View Hotel, Dubai

We had an extra special stay by 6 nights.

Marvellous location and well-trained and caring staff were a definite plus. Jebel Ali district was worth visiting.

Location: the hotel was very close to the different activities, the pool/beach bars, and airport. Furthermore, to Ja lake. Our room was brand-new with zero sound proof-impossible to sleep and the overall experience was pleasant. ...  

I had brand-new, well-equipped room with a seating area and a writing desk. The staff was especially helpful and well-trained, so I will come back.

Couldn't recommend more for a cursory stop

Excellent staff, excellent facilities, we felt very well treated from arrival to departure, enjoying the wonderful breakfast and relaxing by the amazing infinity pool.

Everything was great.

The adult-only pool was a perfect escape from the busy holiday crowds, and the staff were attentive, especially in the dining areas. The food quality and variety offered at the restaurants exceeded my expectations....  

I enjoyed the relaxing adult-only pool, but the check-in process was disorganized.

The spacious Beautiful Room had air conditioning, a tv, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Breakfast included freshly baked croissants, and there's a fine outdoor pool area with multiple sun loungers. Kids loved the splash pad and game room. Spa facilities offered great massages and fitness classes. Staff were super friendly and learned our names!

The hotel's elegant contemporary decor and spacious layout made it easy to navigate, especially for seniors like me. The lush gardens and scenic views from my balcony were amazing.

Improved shuttle frequency during peak hours would help.

The dining experience left something to be desired, with the buffet options feeling more like a budget offering rather than what should be expected here. The evening ambiance was lacking, with no late-night entertainment, leaving us with little to do after 9 p.m. A couple of serious mix-ups, like being checked into the wrong room and an early wake-up for a taxi reservation, added unnecessary hassle to our stay.

The beachfront with water sports and adventures kept us busy. Loved the kiddie's club features too. Staff were great and entertained us really well. Just a heads up, the beach water was super warm, a bit...  

Great pool area with friendly staff. Too long to wait for buggy service around the hotel. Kids loved the mini golf and game room. Clean rooms, but dining options were limited.

Amazing Beach and Activities for Families

We had a fantastic nine-night stay with spacious, super clean rooms overlooking the gorgeous golf course. The beach experience was unparalleled, surrounded by coconut and palm trees, and the variety of activities kept our family entertained without needing to leave the resort. Special shoutout to the amazing staff, especially Yudha from the restaurant and the entertainment team led by Mohamed Ali, who made our vacation even better. One thing that could improve is the dining service during peak hours, as it felt a bit slow.

My children wanted more food options at the resort. It would be great if the hotel provided easy access to snacks or casual dining for families with kids, as eating in restaurants became quite a challenge with four hungry little ones.

This was just an optimal selection for a city holiday in Dubai with value for money. The delish food at the pool bar was a highlight for us, especially the fresh fruit shakes. Make sure to prepare for the location. Taxis to the city can be pricey.

Had an unexpected birthday cake waiting in the room! The kids loved it and it.

It wasn't cheap, but considering the memories made, it was still acceptable.
